that they send verification to Corpus Christi that you are a practicing
Catholic. (Parishes do this all of
the time. Your parish will know exactly what you are requesting. Due on Saturday, January 31, 2015 or as soon as possible.)

involved in the candidate’s faith life

a Catholic role model for the candidate
o Pray
for the candidate
o Attend
the Confirmation Mass (a proxy may stand in your place if you are unable to
attend)
