Candidates will work with their sponsors to complete the
Candidate/Sponsor Activity Booklet. If possible, the candidate and sponsor
should arrange a time to meet together to go through the booklet. For sponsors
who do not live in the area, this activity can be completed together through a
discussion over the phone.
Both the candidate and the sponsor will need to have their own copy of the booklet as the content differs slightly. Please select from the two versions below:
